As the Primary Deal Leader and Managing Director at Dias Partners, Lorcan supports every deal that Dias Partners take to market, as well as managing the Origination and Deal Sourcing functions of the firm.
Lorcan brings a wealth of expertise in guiding businesses through pivotal transitions, with a focus on founder-led and family-owned enterprises. He has 11 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A consulting, and Strategic Advisory, 9 of which whilst based in Vietnam.
Lorcan is adept at navigating high-stakes situations, ensuring that each deal is undertaken with a deep understanding of both the financial intricacies and the personal dynamics that are often at play within Vietnamese organisations.

Head of Legal
Tran Cao Thuc
Thuc is a seasoned M&A lawyer with 10+ years of experience in legal structuring for complex transactions, advising on primarily on mergers and acquisitions, as well as other funding arrangements, across multiple industries.
Thuc previously worked at Hoan My Medical Group as Head of Legal, facilitating Clermont Group’s international and domestic expansions.
Thuc joins Dias Partners as the Head of Legal, leading our Governance restructuring programs, facilitating Due Diligence processes, and providing in-house expertise critical to the late stages of any transaction, as well as post-transaction integration.

Mr. Vo Sang Xuan Vinh, CFA
Mr. Vinh is a seasoned financial expert with over 20 years of experience in Private Equity (PE) and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). Mr. Vinh is currently the Founder and Director of Vietnam Investment Nurturing Hub, specialising in training and consulting in the PE and Investment Banking sectors.
He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for three publicly listed investment funds and is the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the CFA Community in Vietnam.
Mr. Vinh previously held the positions of General Director of Saigon Capital, Chief Representative in Vietnam of Aureos Capital, and Deputy Director at Bluewave Advisory. In these roles, he directly managed and orchestrated PE and M&A transactions with values in excess of hundreds of million US dollars.
Mr. Vinh supports Dias Partners on selected transactions, primarily via arranging and conducting M&A, implementing private equity investments, performing company analysis and valuation, conducting pre-investment due diligence and project appraisals, and providing management consultancy for especially complex situations.
Tin Phat Group specialise in providing legal, accounting, and tax consulting for small and medium businesses in Vietnam. Their team consists of qualified and experienced lawyers, accountants, legal advisors, and other collaborators.
TPG support Dias Partners on matters relating to corporate services across all aspects, with a special focus on historical accounting review & reconciliations as well as design of compliance & standard operating processes for our clients' internal accounting and finance departments - a crucial step for almost every Vietnamese company prior to transaction.
